bismillah

أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّينِ 

Araayta allathee yukaththibu bi(al)ddeen(i)

Have you-SW seen him who denies the Requital?

(107:1)

فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيمَ 

Fathalika allathee yaduAAAAu alyateem(a)

It is he who pushes away the orphan.

(107:2)

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ 

Wala yahuddu AAala taAAami almiskeen(i)

And does not urge the feeding of the poor.

(107:3)

فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ 

Fawaylun lilmusalleen(a)

So woe be to such performers of Salat.

(107:4)

الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ 

Allatheena hum AAan salatihim sahoon(a)

As are heedless of their Salat.

(107:5)

الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَاؤُونَ 

Allatheena hum yuraoon(a)

They who would be seen.

(107:6)

وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ 

WayamnaAAoona almaAAoon(a)

And who withhold even the common necessaries from others.

(107:7)

SECRETS OF REVELATION:

Have you-SW seen, O' Prophet-SW, those who deny Qayamah as well as Islam? They, in fact, are blinded by the love of temporal wealth and as such feel weary of the Islamic Economic System. They oppress the orphans and the destitute and usurp their rights. And they do not wish to give out the rights due to the poor and the helpless. This does not only allude, to the infidels but also to the pseudo Muslims and the hypocrites. They outwardly offer Salat but are actually unaware of the dictates of worship; that a worshipper must abide by the Commands of Allah-SWT and get down to eradicating oppression. Whereas they are engrossed in oppression, and worship just to show it off to others. How can they, therefore, be expected to honour the rights of people when they are not even ready to lend out things of daily use to anyone?
